One of our unique programs is peer group coaching with an executive coach. These programs are particularly cost-effective for mid-career professionals. Below, we outline our signature program.

Part 1

SET GOALS AND PLAN

We help group participants set a concrete goal and action plan — to build skills, grow leadership and focus.

Part 2

EXECUTIVE COACHING AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING

  • Meet with a coach and 8-12 peers.
  • Review progress and workshop your challenges and opportunities.
  • Get and give advice and support.
  • Training for skills and competencies provided at each session.
Part 3

ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNERS

Partners assigned at outset. Coach checks on progress quarterly. Helps employees maintain momentum between sessions. 

Part 4

TUNE-UP SESSIONS 6X PER YEAR (OPTIONAL)

After our 6 month program, groups meet every other month for continued progress on goals and ongoing skill-building training.

Our sessions will help you master these important leadership skills: Values, Courage, Influence, Personal Brand, Negotiation, Productivity, Focus, Motivation, Communication, Self-Management and Managing Teams.
