FAQ

How do you select your Executive Coaches?

We hire experienced Executive Coaches, including members of the elite Marshall Goldsmith 100. Our coaches have successful business careers and a deep grounding in the frameworks and psychology of business success. They also have extensive coaching and facilitation skills.

What levels of experience do you serve?

We serve the developmental needs of mid-career professionals, including individual contributors, managers and directors. Most participants have at least 7 years of work experience. Our clients typically select employees with similar seniority for each Trajectory group. We recommend not putting direct reports into the same coaching group as their managers.

What is the time commitment required?
We work with our clients to create the optimal leadership development program. Our signature program includes 12 sessions over 6 months, but we have modified this for some clients. Clients typically extend beyond their initial programs with Quarterly Tune-Up Sessions to sustain momentum, engagement and accountability.
How many people are in each group?

Our groups have between 8 and 12 members.

Do you offer 1:1 coaching?

Yes, our Executive Coaches also offer 1:1 coaching. We have Executive Coaches who focus on every level, function, and industry. Please contact us to learn more.

Can I sign up for a Trajectory peer group as an individual or does my company need to sign up to participate?
Our clients are high growth companies that seek to provide high-impact, cost- effective leadership development programs. We are not currently offering programs for individuals.
Can people of all genders participate in Trajectory peer groups?

Yes. Trajectory’s original DNA was serving groups of women supporting each other and having honest conversations and inquiry to drive growth. However, our curriculum is gender neutral, so when clients asked us to broaden our services, it was easy to do so. Trajectory serves groups by function, eg, new managers and/or groups by gender or people of diverse backgrounds.  All participants gain from building trusted relationships, critical thinking skills and a greater understanding of their company’s objectives across departments.
